This product has not only made me look better, but it has definitely made me FEEL better. If you’re reading this you are most likely aware of how a spreading part and distinctive patches in your hair can really tear down a gal’s self confidence. You hate looking in the mirror, but you’re constantly looking in the mirror! You’re always worrying about how much scalp you can see, and how much everyone else can too. Well, no more fretting, feeling embarrassed, or fussing with “original “ hair styles. This stuff works. I ordered both shades of the Border Line optical filling powders as my hair has both dark and light silvers. So pleased with how this works. Easy powder application on ALL my hair flaws and I’m set to go. Lasts all day and is basically undetectable in the brightest sunshine. Silvering allowed me to cut out all the useless worrying that was weighing me down. I no longer look like I’m balding. I look more like my old self, but most importantly, I feel like my old self.
As someone who loves silver hair but deals with thinning, this product is a savior. There are many fillers I've used over the years, but once my hair turned salt and pepper, and then mostly white, there was nothing I could find to help. I love that these work for mature women, and I use both the black and white ( borderline ) to create a bit of dimension and interest. I use alot of product, lifting sections and going all along the parts in scalp to fill in the thinning. It hold for days, until I wash it out. By blending the two colors and using it all over scalp and at hairline, it is impossible to tell I have the fillers in. Thank goodness I found Silvering!
I’ve tried other optical fillers, and I have now thrown them out and replaced them with Border Line. I use Border Line in “Salt and Pepper”. If works beautifully where my hair is silvering and also thinning. It makes that “pink scalp” disappear where my hair is parted. It blends so well and looks perfectly natural. It is indeed silky and clean. I don’t have to wash my hair every time I use it which is important to me because I do not wash my thinning hair every day. I’ll be back for more when my supply runs low. Highly recommend this product.
I’ve been struggling to cope with my thinning hair with various solutions including toppers and wigs. I was impressed with the Silvering video and information. Since nothing else has been the solution for me, I purchased the White powder and brush. I jumped to it immediately upon arrival. It was amazing how the powder adhered and gave me the diminished appearance of shiny scalp. It also adhered nicely to the little hairs in my part and hairline. Once my hair was where I wanted it, I used my usual hairspray. Voila! Yes, it looks so much better! I hope to improve my technique in application and styling, but I don’t feel the product is going to be the cause of strange looks or staring. I’m so tired of that. I must say, try it. Play with it. I am delighted with it and I may get the salt & pepper as well to work on my hair further back. ❤️
I have been going grey since age 30. I am mostly white now, 25+ years hence. I love my white hair, but am honestly not a fan of seeing my pink scalp (as my hair is short). So, I decided to try the Border Line filler, and Wow!! Because I am fair skinned, adding a bit of a blend of the salt/pepper and the white powder gives my face a pop of color. I am adding it to my front hairline, and the part up to the top crown of my head. It’s hard to believe, but it really does bring out more colour in my face and my eyes. I really am enjoying this product. And loving the fact that it is from our true north, strong and free!
I have a head full of gray and white hair, but it's thin in some places that show my pink scalp. So annoying. Anyway, I took the plunge and purchased this hair line filler and have used it at the hair line and on the crown of my head (using mirrors). So glad I got it because it really does make a difference. I highly recommend it!
Love it...used other products this covers and fills in more..my hair look fuller ...looks more natural on my hair.
I have both the white and the salt and pepper borderlines. I love how Silvering products are making my thinning hair look thicker and my turning whiter hair look more salt and pepper as it grows .
I had the white borderline first and it does help hide the pink scalp… not because my hair thinning, it not, I have average density.
I thought I would try the the salt and pepper colour just for contrast.
My first thought, opening the package was oh no! It’s too warm! It looked like smoke and not the colour I was expecting.
I sort of thought it would be more the colour of the eyebrow duo for cool tones.
However, I tried it and it’s actually ok!

I enjoy the look your product gives my hair. I’m transitioning fron medium brown to gray-white. Easy to use and natural looking.
