What is your return policy?

Our return policy allows you to return products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or for an exchange for a different shade.  We do not refund your original shipping cost.  

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

  1. Log into your Customer Accounts page. 
  2. Once our Customer Service team has validated your return, they will share a return shipping label with you.  There is a flat rate fee for return shipping and restocking.
  3. Then all you need to do is package the product, apply the label and send it back to us.
  4. Once your return has been received checked and processed, we will issue a refund.
  5. Please allow up to 10 business days after receipt of your return for your refund to post to your account.

Our customer service will usually respond to return requests within 24 hours and is open Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm.

Please note that refunds are issued for the cost of the product only, and does not include shipping charges.
