SHIPPING

While we take care to ensure your package arrives safely, Silvering is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments once they have been handed over to the carrier.  

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on bundles and special promotions within the USA and Canada—these will be clearly marked on our site. For all other orders, we charge a flat rate for standard shipping: USD $8 for orders to the USA and CAD $9 for orders within Canada.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! We proudly ship worldwide. For international orders, we encourage you to use the Currency Converter at the top of our page to see all prices in your home currency. Standard international shipping rates apply, and express shipping is available for an additional fee.  Orders outside of Canada and the USA are not eligible for the free shipping or flat rates.

Shipping and processing times

We process all orders within three business days after the order is placed.  Please note that we don’t ship or deliver orders on holidays or weekends.

In the event of a high order volume, your order might be delayed a few days. Please be prepared for this possibility as you make your purchase. In the case of any significant shipping delays, we’ll contact you using the email or phone number you provided during checkout.

How long will it take to process my order?

We understand that once you've placed your order, you’re eager to receive your Silvering products! Please allow up to 3 business days for us to process your order before it ships. Please note that we do not ship or deliver orders on holidays or weekends.

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.  You can alternately simply track your order by logging into your CUSTOMER ACCOUNT.

What if there’s a delay with my shipment?

If you see issues with your shipment tracking, we recommend contacting the carrier directly, as they may require specific directions on where to deliver your order or need to update your address, which could result in additional charges.

A link to your carrier is provided through your order's tracking #.  Silvering is not responsible for paying any extra fees caused by an address change. To avoid these charges, consider asking the carrier to hold the shipment at a nearby location for you to pick up.

My order never arrived, or was lost/stolen. What should I do?

Silvering is not responsible for lost or stolen packages (porch piracy).

  • If you did not add insurance, please contact us through our GET IN TOUCH page, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. Our customer service will usually respond within 24 hours and is open Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm.

Please keep in mind that this process may take 7-10 business days for domestic shipments and 30-45 business days for international shipments.
