1. How Auto-Restock Works & Managing Your Account

  • Select Auto-Restock at checkout to receive repeat deliveries at the interval you choose (e.g., every 30 or 60 days). Your confirmation shows the frequency, any subscription discount, and the shipping cost that will repeat with each renewal.

  • Shopify automatically creates a secure customer account. In your Subscription Dashboard you can: skip a delivery, change frequency, update payment or address details, pause, resume, or cancel (see Section 2).

  • Your default payment method is charged on the renewal date. Card data is tokenised and stored in Shopify’s Level 1 PCI-compliant vault; we never see full card numbers. If a payment fails, Shopify retries up to three times over seven days before pausing the subscription and emailing you to update your details.


2. Cancellation, Returns & Fraud Protection

  • Two-cycle minimum. To keep pricing fair, Auto-Restock requires two consecutive deliveries before you may cancel without adjustment.

    • Cancelling before the second delivery ships automatically converts your first order to its full one-time price and charges the difference to your original payment method.

  • Returns.

    • First delivery – unopened items may be returned under our standard policy.

    • Subsequent deliveries – only unopened, unused items are eligible; used items are non-returnable.

    • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once returned goods pass inspection.

  • Fraud & discount-abuse prevention. We monitor for repeated sign-ups, resale activity, and other suspicious patterns. We may verify information, recoup unpaid discounts as above, limit quantities, or cancel subscriptions that violate our Terms of Service.


3. Renewal Reminders & Policy Updates

  • You’ll receive an email reminder three days before each renewal and may edit the order until 11:59 p.m. ET the day before the charge. Once processed, the order is locked for fulfilment.

  • Subscription prices, discounts, delivery intervals, and product availability may change. If we need to increase a price, end a discount, or substitute an item, we will give at least 14 days’ notice so you can accept, modify, or cancel after the commitment period.

  • We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes apply to new subscriptions immediately and to existing subscriptions after 30 days’ notice.
